Authorized Products
The KUMA Motorsport warranty applies only to products purchased and installed through Authorized Retailers. Authorized Retailers are certified by KUMA Motorsport and are eligible to sell our products directly from us or through approved distributors.
Products purchased from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) or unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty. For more details on finding an authorized retailer, please visit our Dealer Locator or contact us at support@kumamotorsport.com.
Installation
KUMA Motorsport does not assume responsibility for damages caused by incorrect installation, whether performed by authorized or unauthorized installers. We strongly recommend using certified technicians, such as MECP-certified professionals. Please verify your installer’s credentials to ensure top-quality installation of your KUMA Motorsport products.
Product Warranty Coverage
Fuel Pump Controllers (GPS-FP01, GPS-BLFP01)
- Standard Warranty: 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Extended Warranty: For GPS-FP01 users, you can benefit from 3-year coverage by registering within 10 days of purchase/installation with proof of receipt.
- Proprietary Parts: Warranty excludes wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
Tracking Modules (GPS-T01)
- Standard Warranty: 1-year limited warranty for the module and associated components.
- Defects: Warranty applies only to malfunctioning parts and does not cover damages caused by improper installation or unauthorized tampering.
Return/Refund Policy
Please note that KUMA Motorsport does not issue refunds for products purchased from authorized or unauthorized retailers. If your product is found defective and within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or a comparable product. For returns of products purchased directly from KUMA Motorsport, contact customer support within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.
For any returns or exchanges, please consult with the retailer where you made your purchase, as returns are subject to their policies.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor costs associated with warranty replacements or repairs.
- Damages due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of earnings, time, or commercial opportunity.
- Any warranty claims for products not registered within the specified time frame.
Filing a Warranty Claim
Consumers:
Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance with warranty claims. Your installer will help identify the defective components and facilitate a replacement.
Dealers:
If you’re an authorized dealer, contact your KUMA Motorsport Sales Representative or Distributor to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
